Successful completion of our program requires dedication, commitment, cooperation and collaboration. Since we provide unique opportunities for students to communicate and collaborate with professors, alumni, and students from top-tier schools and provide accurate, professional and up-to-date information for our students, we expect our students to be “active participants” in our program.
Thus, our IECG Premiere Program requires our potential students to have the following qualifications:

• Initiative: students must understand that they are fulfilling their own dreams and are willing to work hard to achieve their dreams.
• Independence: students must be independent both academically and socially.
• Insight: students should have thought and continue to think about their own career goals and expectations.
• Realistic Goals: students have the passion to work with us in long period of time and acknowledge that success only derives from effort.

First, students who want to join our IECG Premiere Program need to communicate with our team and fill out application forms. After viewing the application form, we arrange an informal Skype interview conducted by one academic mentor. The academic mentor grants a decision to the student. If the student is accepted, our program designs a personal timeline for the student. If the student is satisfied with the personal timeline, he/she can officially join the program after his/her guardian signs an agreement with IECG.
